However, we will work with you to resolve any issues related to shipping errors, damaged items, or order discrepancies in alignment with the following policy.

All Sales Final – No Returns on Opened Products

To maintain the highest purity standards and to comply with regulatory handling protocols, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any product that has been opened, used, or removed from its original packaging.

Our products are intended strictly for laboratory research use only and are not for human consumption. Once an item leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee its integrity if returned and therefore cannot restock it.

Eligible Refunds

We may issue a full or partial refund in the following cases:

1. Wrong Item Received

If you received an incorrect product, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. We will cover return shipping and send the correct item or issue a refund.

2. Damaged or Compromised Shipment

If your order arrives visibly damaged or with broken vials, please take clear photos and contact our support team immediately. You must report damaged items within 24 hours of receipt to qualify for replacement or refund.

3. Lost in Transit (Carrier Error)

If your shipment is lost in transit and confirmed undelivered by the carrier, we will initiate a replacement or refund at our discretion. If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but not received, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim.

How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name and order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos (if damaged)

  • Preferred resolution (replacement or refund)

We respond to all support tickets within 1–2 business days.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days, and will appear on your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Unauthorized Returns

Do not return any product without prior approval from our support team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded and may be discarded upon receipt.

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

If you believe your payment was unauthorized or made in error, please contact us before filing a chargeback. Filing a dispute without attempting resolution may result in account suspension or future order restrictions.
